This guide sets out what patients can expect from their GP practice and what practices ask in return, so that everyone understands how to get the best from general practice services.
Patients are encouraged to be on time for their appointments. Be prepared and avoid wasted appointments by cancelling early if not needed.
Patients can ask for support from their general practice. For example, by asking for reasonable adjustments to be made.
